Matt and Kim are among my favorite artists to hit the road this year. The band formed in 2004 when Matt and Kim met at Pratt. They started out as one of the super hip Brooklyn bands but have steadily made their way into the international music scene. They are touring internationally now and have been at some of the major music festivals.
Their new album Grand is getting awesome reviews and a huge response from their fan base, present company included.
The two put on a high energy show and break slightly from the tradition of some of the great guy/girl duos with Kim holding down the drums, which I love.
